T3-induced Ca2+ release in the cytosol. Quantitation of Ca2+ release by Fluo-4 NW Calcium Assay. HeLa cells were incubated in the presence of α-TOC, α-T3, γ-T3 or δ-T3, and TRF (10 μg/ml) for 15 min.
