Network of biological processes after 5 days of HFD. Differentially enriched biological processes (HFD vs. LFD) after 5 days of HFD feeding are analysed using Enrichment map (Cytoscape). The nodes represent biological processes, and edges represent overlap between genes in the enriched processes. The colour of the nodes represents the significance and the direction of the expression (blue—downregulation; red—upregulation; green—both up- and downregulation). The size of the nodes corresponds to the size of the gene set. The width of edges is based on similarity coefficients between the nodes, derived from the overlap of the gene set underlying the processes.
